The combination of James’s local knowledge, connections in the area, professionalism, good sense/accurate knowledge of listing timing and pricing, and ability to listen helped us find our dream house and not suffer in the process. Oh, and he’s a great person to know in the area whose service didn’t end when we closed. He’s helped find local contractors and services. And advised as we learn how to maintain a house in snowy conditions. We’d work with him again in a heartbeat.
